Recruitment Consultant – Education – Rochester, Kent (hybrid working 1 day from home) Salary – £27k-£33k OTE £50K+ uncapped commission Our client is very established and are looking for strong billers, ideally from the Education but will consider other sectors if you have a 360 recruiter or sales background with proven success and are happy to cross train and have an outgoing and driven personality. Strong educational background preferred. Ideally from any volume temp sector such as Catering, Industrial or Construction etc. All candidates and clients are met face to face, our safeguarding compliance record is outstanding, and our approach is based on honesty and quality. They provide teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day, for both short- and long-term assignments.
