About Us: We’re a growing recruitment consultancy with a strong presence in the HR market, known for building lasting partnerships with both clients and candidates. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team and specialise in HR recruitment across Essex and the surrounding areas.
The Role: As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process — from developing client relationships and sourcing candidates, to managing the full hiring cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who’s ready to take the lead in a busy, high-potential market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle within the HR sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Source and screen top-tier HR professionals for a variety of roles
- Write and post job adverts, manage applications, and conduct interviews
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Stay updated on HR industry trends to consult clients and candidates effectively
- Work towards and exceed individual and team targets
About You:
- Previous 360 recruitment experience recruiting for the HR sector is essential
- Strong business development skills and a confident communicator
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
