The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant your focus will be on sales, client management, and business development. You’ll be responsible for identifying hiring opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring roles are well-briefed and passed to our internal resourcing team. You’ll work closely with our resourcers to ensure quality delivery and a seamless process for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and relationship building
  • Manage existing client accounts and develop long-term partnerships
  • Take detailed job briefs and communicate effectively with the resourcing team
  • Liaise with clients throughout the hiring process, providing advice and support
  • Negotiate terms of business and offers
  • Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and billing targets
  • Maintain accurate client and vacancy records using the CRM system

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, or a similar client-facing role
  • Confident and proactive communicator, especially over the phone
