Responsibilities:
- Shape the culture and strategy of the Hastings office
- Recruit and mentor consultants
- Build strong client relationships

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment (health or social care background desirable)
- Strong business development and team–building skills
- Reliable, honest, and self–motivated
- A leader ready to take full ownership of a branch and drive long–term success
Day–to–day:
- Business development and team leadership
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Operational and strategic decision–making for the branch
