Salary: Up to GBP40,000 basic + uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the culture and strategy of the Hastings office
  • Recruit and mentor consultants
  • Build strong client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (health or social care background desirable)
  • Strong business development and team–building skills
  • Reliable, honest, and self–motivated
  • A leader ready to take full ownership of a branch and drive long–term success

Day–to–day:

  • Business development and team leadership
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Operational and strategic decision–making for the branch
