Job Description

Temporary 360 Recruiter (Industrial/Driving/Engineering)Location: Gillingham, Kent (100% Office Based)Duration: Temporary ContractSalary £30-40k doe + 10% Commission (No Threshold for First Year)Onsite Parking AvailableOur client is a well-established, independent recruitment agency based in Gillingham, Kent. They are specialists in delivering high-quality recruitment services across a range of sectors including Industrial, Food Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Driving.Currently seeking an experienced and motivated Temporary 360 Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Gillingham. This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional with relevant sector experience to join a supportive, fast-paced agency environment and earn uncapped commission from day one.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within industrial, food production, logistics, engineering, and driving sectors.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and client visits.
  • Handle job advertising, CV shortlisting, and matching candidates to suitable roles.
  • Maintain and update the internal CRM system and ensure compliance with all recruitment processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in at least one of the following sectors: Industrial, Food Production, Logistics, Engineering, or Driving.
  • A strong track record in both client management and candidate delivery and happy to business develop.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work 100% office-based in Gillingham.
