· Prepare artwork for approval and delivery to digital channels.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent calendar of content.

· Play a key role in improving ad performance by collaborating with our digital agency and in-house team to interpret campaign data and continually refine creative based on what’s working.

What We’re Looking For

· Strong design skills with a good understanding of digital and social media formats.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

· Experience producing artwork for paid or organic social media.

· Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

· A creative thinker who can work to brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.

· Awareness of visual trends in lifestyle, outdoor, and fashion sectors.

What We Offer

· Flexible working hours.

· A supportive, informal working environment with full training provided.

· Opportunities to grow and develop your career with us.

· Staff discount on clothing from our partner brands.

· A central Manchester office with good transport links.
