Core Responsibilities
- Program Strategy & Execution: Design and launch strategic sales initiatives, training frameworks, or go-to-market operational processes across regions or business units.
- Global Account Coordination: Act as a central operational point of contact for complex multinational or enterprise client programs, ensuring internal delivery matches commercial agreements.
- Sales Enablement & Optimization: Streamline sales tooling, communication channels, and workflows so that inside and outside sales teams can pitch, quote, and close deals faster.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, marketing, finance, and delivery teams to clear operational roadblocks and roll out new technology portfolios or service offerings.
