ABOUT THE JOB
- Understand and follow all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet-building equipment, pallet-handling forklifts and yard tractor
- Operate bar code equipment
- Must complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.
ABOUT YOU
- The ideal candidate will have the capability to drive a forklift and can pass the test for the Forklift Operators License.
- Must be able to use a computer and scanner.
- Read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must exhibit ability and desire to work within a team but can work alone.
- Works with minimal supervision, be a self-starter who leads by example, and be dependable.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities under pressure.
- Must be able to work in temperatures of 60 - 90 degrees or more.
- Must be able to work overtime, during peak production periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
