Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen: Messtechniker (m/w/d) für den Bereich Prototypenbau und Versuch
Anforderungsprofil:
- Abgeschlossene Hochschul- / Technikerausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse über Messprinzipien, -verfahren und -geräte wie Sensoren, Aktoren und Messumformer
- Erfahrung mit messtechnischen Einrichtungen und Geräten, bevorzugt IMC und Siemens, und den dazugehörigen Softwarepaketen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrungen in SAP-Anwendungen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Fahrzeugtechnik, mobile Arbeitsmaschinen, Hydraulik sowie Elektrik/Steuerungstechnik
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft zur Betreuung von Prototypen und Lieferanten im In- und Ausland. Hierzu zählen auch unsere Standorte in Indien und China
Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
- Messdatenerfassung und -analyse: Erfassung, Analyse und Interpretation von Messdaten
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Berichten über Messergebnisse und Messverfahren
- Durchführung von Einbauabnahmen verschiedener Maschinenkomponenten wie Dieselmotoren, Hydraulikkomponenten, Fahrzeugklimatisierung etc.
- Durchführung von Schwingungs-und DMS-Messungen zur Verifikation von Berechnungsergebnissen
- Schallmessungen nach EU-Richtlinie
- Versuche zur Fahrzeugakustik
- Durchführung von ROPS-/FOPS-Tests
- Planung und Bau von Prüfvorrichtungen und Prüfständen
- Sicherung der Produktqualität in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Bereichen im Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprozess
