Entwicklungstechniker (m/w/d)/Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d)Schwerpunkt hydraulische Antriebstechnik
Aufgaben
- Entwickeln, Auslegen und konstruktives Umsetzen zukunftsweisender hydraulischer Systeme und Baugruppen für unsere Straßenfertiger
- Optimieren, Weiterentwickeln sowie fachgerechtes Betreuen bestehender Produkte und Komponenten
- Erstellen von technischen Lastenheften und Anfrageunterlagen für hydraulische Bauteile
- Durchführen von technischen Berechnungen und Analysen
- Erstellen von Hydraulikplänen und Stücklisten
- Auswahl von geeigneten hydraulischen Zukaufteilen (Pumpen, Motoren, Ventilen, Verschraubungen und Komponenten für Verschlauchungen)
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Lieferanten und den Teams der anderen Fachabteilungen wie z. B. Mechanik und Steuerungstechnik
- Begleiten des Prototypenaufbaus sowie von (Feld-) Tests
- Unterstützen bei der Serieneinführung und der Inbetriebnahme
Anforderungsprofil
- Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) oder Hochschulabschluss (Maschinenbau)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hydraulikkonstruktion vorzugsweise an mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP und Zuken E³ oder vergleichbare Erfahrung mit Planungsprogrammen
- Reisebereitschaft
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, systematisches und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen, Flexibilität sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
