Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Clinic Clerk to join the Children\’s Services admin and clerical department as support to the outpatient clinics. The successful candidate will be based between Arrowe Park Hospital and St Catherine\’s Health Centre sites. This is an exciting opportunity for a self motivated and enthusiastic person to take on a challenging and sometimes pressurised role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities

  • Provide admin and clerical support to outpatient clinics as part of the Children\’s Services admin and clerical department.
  • Work between Arrowe Park Hospital and St Catherine\’s Health Centre as required.
  • Maintain effective communication within a multi-disciplinary team and with patients and colleagues.
  • Organise and prioritise workload, often in a pressurised environment.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Entry level position.
