Bringing proven experience in supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, they will operate with the understanding that behaviour is communication. We are looking for somebody who possesses a rich toolkit of positive, nurturing strategies to help children regulate their emotions, build resilience, develop healthy self-esteem and learn in a positive way.

This dynamic role will require a professional who excels at reaching children wherever they need support most. Demonstrating the flexibility to work across different classes and year groups, the successful candidate will need to collaborate closely with class teachers and our SENDCo. We would like someone who possesses the confidence to lead individuals or small groups outside of the classroom environment, expertly delivering targeted interventions, nurture groups, or emotional literacy sessions designed specifically to support and develop individual needs.
