Ridgeway is a popular and oversubscribed school. The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and conscientious teaching assistant to work with students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Teaching assistants work flexibly across the school to respond to students' needs, supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
