Ridgeway High School is a popular and oversubscribed school. The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and conscientious individual who is suitable to work in our very effective pastoral team. The role involves supporting students to be able to access their learning through addressing barriers to learning, ensuring positive attitudes to learning and good attendance to school.
