Location: Brookhurst Primary School, Bromborough.

Contract: Fixed Term ASAP – 31 August 2027 (Subject to funding)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Term Time only with 5 additional Inset Training Days

Salary: Hours to work 12.00pm – 5.15pm, (5hrs 15 mins per day). 26hrs 15 mins per week

We are a popular school wishing to appoint a Learning Coach to join Little Oaks (Pre-School Provision) and after school club – The B-Hive. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and teaching, who understands the importance of educating the whole child. At Brookhurst, we aim to achieve high standards within a broad, balanced and enriched curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their capacity to deliver good and better outcomes for all the children in their care, demonstrating understanding of how adjustments will be needed for those pupils with additional barriers to their learning.

They must have the skills to work as part of a team and be willing to make a contribution to the extended community of the school. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced SEN Learning Coach who has experience of working within a Pre-School provision, with a knowledge of PADS and Makaton. This would be desirable but not essential, as training will be given.
