We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Manager who will play a vital role in supporting our pupils who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs. This is a highly rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our pupils, ensuring they receive the support necessary to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will:

  • be accountable for the support and subsequent performance of pupils who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs.
  • strive to constantly raise the attainment of these pupils and meet the specific needs of each identified individual.
  • possess excellent organisational skills including with external agencies to maximise support and opportunities for pupils at Upton.
  • have the ability to work independently, be adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
  • provide professional guidance to colleagues and share good practice, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies.
  • have an up to date knowledge of SEND diagnoses and accommodations.
  • have an ability to use ICT for teaching and learning.
  • have a willingness to contribute to the ethos of the school.

Upton Hall School is a Roman Catholic Grammar School for girls. There are over 1000 girls on roll and it is oversubscribed. Facilities are outstanding. The school has academy status. Upton Hall School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all its staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
