Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council in Wirral is hiring two Early Years Area SENCOs to strengthen inclusive practice across the borough.

You will work with early years settings, professionals and families to support children with SEND to thrive in their local communities.

In a hybrid role, you will visit settings, at home and in office bases, provide expert advice, coach practitioners, model strategies and help with assessment and funding processes to improve outcomes.
