The predicted salary is between 18450 - 22550 Β£ per year.
Millfields are looking for a welcoming and proactive individual to join our school. As the face of our school, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. This is a varied role perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, loves helping people, and possesses excellent organisational and IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming pupils, parents, and visitors, answering incoming calls, and managing general enquiries.
- Managing school meals ordering and supporting attendance monitoring.
- Managing the school's Management Information System (SIMS) to ensure the database is highly accurate and up to date.
- Assisting with daily financial transactions, processing orders, and working with the SBM on administration.
- Helping with school communications, maintaining pupil records, and organising meetings or school events.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic and friendly with an approachable, professional manner.
- An excellent communicator who can confidently liaise with pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies.
- Highly organised, capable of managing data systems (MIS), and comfortable handling financial tasks.
- Committed to the safety and welfare of children.
- A proactive team player who takes pride in contributing to the positive ethos of our school.

Working hours: These are open to negotiation. This could be over 3 days 8:15 until 4pm or five mornings 8:15 to 1:15. The 8:15 start is a non-negotiable due to the children arriving for Breakfast Club at this time. Please state your preference or suggestion in your letter of application.
