We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. This is a 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £31,410 to £43,440 per annum. The closing date for this vacancy is 16th April and interviews will take place on 1st May.

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities
- Effectively implement the College strategy for quality assurance and improvement across all provision types (including subcontracted delivery) to drive identified initiatives which ensure that college targets are met.
- Lead on work with external awarding body organisations to ensure College compliance and performance, addressing areas for development and/or highlighting best practice.
- Provide professional guidance and training to curriculum staff on assessment, IQA, and quality expectations.
- Lead the digitisation and automation of quality assurance processes, including Student Voice, self-assessment, and performance tracking systems.
- Work closely with Information Services teams to design and implement new digital tools that enhance efficiency and accessibility of quality data.
Skills and Qualifications
- L2 Qualifications in Maths and English
- Professional Teaching Qualification
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject area.
- Experience of Quality Assurance and Improvement in an Education environment.
- Experience of working across multiple departments or with external stakeholders, including employers and awarding bodies.
- Strong understanding of awarding body requirements, assessment methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
