We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lecturer for our Prep for Life programme. As a Lecturer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our students and preparing them for the challenges of the modern world.

Salary: £30,202.00 to £41,768.00 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students enrolled in the Prep for Life programme.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into the curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
• Previous experience in teaching or training students in a similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and supporting student growth.
