We are looking for a Health Care and Early Years Lecturer to join our team. This is a 21 hours per week role, fixed term until June 2027 offering a salary of £18,846 to £26,064 per annum.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities
- Carry out formal scheduled teaching on programmes ranging from level 1 to 5.
- Undertake a personal tutor and/or programme leader role to groups of students in order to maintain high achievement rates.
- Prepare delivery plans, sequenced learning plans and learning materials.
- Mark students' work and carry out internal quality assurance.
- Work as part of the team in the monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of all aspects of the programmes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Level 2 or above English/literacy qualifications
- Level 2 or above Maths/numeracy qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Health or a related area
- Recognised full teaching qualification
- Have experience of working within education, health or care.
- Able to evidence successful FE teaching experience of teaching, training or assessing groups of students on Health, Care or Early Years courses.
