Wirral Council seeks two Early Years Area SENCOs to strengthen inclusive practice for young children with SEND across the borough. You will work with early years settings, families and professionals to support children to thrive in their local communities.
The role is hybrid, visiting settings, at home and in the office, providing expert advice, modelling strategies and building confidence. You will contribute to assessment and funding processes and observe practices to improve outcomes.
