We are recruiting Temporary Enrolment Support Assistants to help during our busy enrolment period, when new students come into college to confirm their place for September. This is a short-term, fixed opportunity supporting a fast-paced and busy environment across multiple weeks in August and September.

Role Overview

You will support the enrolment process by carrying out a range of administrative and customer-facing tasks, including data entry, checking and updating student information for accuracy, using the ProSolution system, printing student ID badges, and welcoming and guiding members of the public.

Key Requirements

We are looking for individuals with strong digital skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a busy, fast-moving environment. A friendly and professional approach when dealing with students, parents, and visitors is essential.

Dates Required (weekdays only)

  • Monday 10th - Friday 14th August
  • Thursday 20th - Friday 28th August
  • Tuesday 1st - Friday 4th September (not all temps needed)
  • Monday 7th - Friday 18th September

Total: 22 working days

Hours: 7 hours per day

Hourly rate: £13.78

Training

3 days of paid training will be provided from 10th-12th August.
