We are looking for a Student Services Administrator to join our Student Services Team. This is a 35 hour per week, full time, permanent role offering a salary of £23,498 to £23,957 per annum.

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential front‑line and administrative support across the full student journey.
  • Play an active role in delivering high‑quality customer service, supporting funding processes, maintaining accurate student records, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and audit requirements.
  • Connect students to appropriate support services while supporting College‑wide systems, processes, and events to enhance the student experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Level 2 or above literacy/English qualification (or willingness to attain within 12 months of commencing).
  • Level 2 or above numeracy/maths qualification (or willingness to attain within 12 months of commencing).
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to work towards them, e.g. Business Administration/IT and Customer Service at Level 2 or above.
  • Experience of carrying out routine administrative procedures in a busy environment.
  • Experience of retrieving, inputting and updating records.
  • Experience of dealing with customers.
