Learning Support Assistants (Term‑Time, 24 hrs per week) We are looking for multiple Learning Support Assistants to join our team. This is a 24 hours per week, term time only role offering a salary of £14,655 per annum.

Job Purpose / Key Responsibilities
- To provide appropriate support for individual or groups of students in/out of class, in accordance with their individual support plan, so that they achieve their learning goals.
- To work with subject and ALS tutors to ensure appropriate and effective support to meet individual student needs.
- To contribute to the maintenance of all necessary tracking and monitoring documentation (e.g., daily records; student reviews).
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 GCSE passes (Grade 9 to 4) or equivalent including English and Maths
- Experience of MS Office packages: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Be able to support young people and adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in a variety of settings.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of how to work with other professionals to support learning.
