We are seeking a Careers Leader to join our Careers Team. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) with a salary range of £34,309-£37,487 per annum.

About The Role: The Careers Leader will take operational responsibility for leading and implementing the College’s Careers Education strategy. You will ensure an engaging and comprehensive careers information, advice, and guidance programme is embedded across the College, aligned with learners’ interests and aspirations. Working collaboratively with Heads of Department, curriculum teams, and external partners, you will deliver a structured, age-appropriate, and personalised careers programme that supports all learners and apprentices—including those who are disadvantaged or have SEND or high needs—to make informed decisions about their future pathways.
Skills And Qualifications Required:
- Level 7 Careers Leader qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
- Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance
- Level 2 English and maths
- Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering effective careers strategies
