Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
About the Role: This is a dynamic role supporting key services, including the Integrated Community Equipment Service, Telecare Mobile Response, Falls Pick-Up Service, and Falls Prevention Service. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring these services run smoothly, helping people stay safe, supported and independent at home.
