About the Role: You will champion excellence in MCA and DoLS practice across the organisation and its commissioned services by offering expert professional oversight, strategic influence and authoritative guidance.
About the Candidate: We’re looking for a Qualified Social Worker with substantial and relevant post-qualifying experience. You must also have previous experience of leading and managing a team within a Social Care environment. You will have substantial experience of managing complex caseloads, services and mental capacity matters. You must be able to evidence multi-agency collaboration with experience of working across professional and organisational boundaries. You must be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England to undertake this role. This post requires a DBS check.
