We are looking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to lead our Community Integrated Response Team (CIRT) in Wirral. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering high-quality, responsive social care services to adults and their carers. As Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and effective workflow across the team, ensuring all practice is fully compliant with the Care Act 2014. You will lead, manage and support practitioners to deliver a high-quality, efficient and person-centred service. You will provide clear leadership and professional supervision, offering direction, guidance and support to maintain high standards of practice. A key part of your role will be driving performance, achieving targets, and embedding a culture of continuous professional development within the team. You will ensure that effective structures, systems and processes are in place so that statutory duties, legislative requirements and Local Authority KPIs are consistently delivered and well-coordinated across Wirral. You will also be responsible for making best use of available resources, ensuring services are delivered within operational and quality standards. You will have experience of working with system partners and managing conflicting priorities ensuring Wirral residents remain at the centre of decision making. Acting as a professional resource, you will provide expert advice and support to your team, wider services and partner agencies.
