About the Role: Make a Difference Where It Matters Most - Empowering Young People, Strengthening Families, Changing Futures. In this rewarding role, you will support young people and their families by building trusted relationships that encourage confidence, resilience and personal growth. Using a strengths-based, child-centred approach, you’ll help young people recognise their abilities, set goals and make positive choices, working closely with families and partner agencies to create lasting change. You’ll be part of a values-driven team focused on strong relationships and outcomes, with opportunities to develop and grow while making a real difference.
