We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join a high-performing kitchen team within a well-regarded and growing hospitality environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled chef who takes pride in quality, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is keen to develop their career further.
About the Role: You will play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across all areas of the kitchen working closely with senior chefs and taking ownership of your section whilst supporting across the wider operation as needed. From preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to ensuring smooth service during busy periods, your contribution will be essential to the overall guest experience. You’ll be involved in everything from food preparation, menu development, stock management and maintaining excellent hygiene standards. You’ll also help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets expectations for quality, presentation and taste. Flexibility is key, as the role will include evening and weekend working in line with service demands.
About the candidate: We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a positive, team-focused mindset. You’ll be an organised and reliable professional who can manage your own workload, adapt quickly to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.

A relevant catering qualification and food hygiene certification is essential, and any additional training or experience within hospitality or events would be an advantage.
