Fixed-term contract – up to 12 months (maternity leave cover). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join the CICC Social Worker Team, based at Clatterbridge Intermediate Care Centre, for up to 12 months maternity cover. This role is primarily located at Pennant House, with additional in‑reach support to the Clatterbridge Hospital Reablement Wards. It offers an excellent development opportunity for social workers who would like to broaden their skills and gain experience in a different service area.
About the role: You will work as part of a supportive, specialist team focused on delivering high‑quality reablement and hospital discharge support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a fresh challenge and contribute to shaping and improving the services we deliver.
