This job may be suitable as a secondment opportunity for internal candidates wishing to gain experience in a higher or different role. About the Role: As a Senior Placement Officer, you will be responsible for line managing the Placement Officers, co-ordinating the incoming placements, initial assessment and deputising in the manager's absence.
About the Candidate: The candidate must be willing to act within a senior role, be able to have difficult conversations, investigate and respond to complaints and be the first port of contact for new referrals. You will have excellent knowledge in health and social care legislation, be calm under pressure and able to prioritise a busy workload.
