About the Role:

You will play a key role in ensuring children receive the right support at the right time, helping to prevent escalation of need and improve long-term outcomes.
About the Candidate:
You will have significant experience working with children, young people and families, alongside a strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and multi-agency working. You will be a confident leader who can motivate and develop staff, drive service improvements, and build effective relationships with partner agencies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A relevant degree-level qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
- Experience of supporting vulnerable children, young people and families.
- Knowledge of mental health, SEND, safeguarding and intervention thresholds.
- Experience of leading or supervising staff and managing performance.
- Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills.
- The ability to lead multi-agency meetings and make sound decisions in complex situations.
- A commitment to delivering child-centred, trauma-informed practice.
If you are a proactive and compassionate leader looking to make a real difference to the lives of children and families, we would love to hear from you.
