About the role: Wirral Leisure Services are seeking to recruit several Casual Leisure Coaches (Level 1 & Level 2) to deliver high quality, instructor led sessions across Wirral Leisure Centres and a range of community settings. Activities include Rugby, Active All Sports, Balanceability, Badminton and Pickleball, working with participants of varying ages and abilities. This is a casual role with flexible hours, which will vary depending on the activity programme and service needs. Rates of pay will be determined by the qualifications, skills and experience offered by successful candidates. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience, build coaching hours, or work flexibly alongside other commitments.

About the candidate: We would like to hear from you if you hold a relevant Level 1 or Level 2 coaching qualification, such as Balanceability Instructor, Pickleball Activator, Badminton Activator, Rugby Activator, Multisports, Sports Leaders Award or an equivalent qualification. All candidates must also hold a valid First Aid qualification and be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times. You will be enthusiastic, reliable and motivated, with the ability to deliver safe, engaging and inclusive sessions. You should be confident communicating with both adults and children and able to adapt sessions to meet the needs of different groups, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
