About the Role: We are looking to appoint a Business Change Analyst, on a permanent basis, to join our Organisational Design Team. The role involves being collaborative, innovative, and leading helpful conversations to support colleagues across the organisation. Effective communication skills and confidence in providing advice is essential, and experience with leading groups, training sessions or workshops would be desirable. You will work with a great team within Strategic Change. The team includes colleagues from Organisational Design and Programme Management. The team operates flexibly within the spirit of the Council's hybrid working policy, optimising our opportunity to ensure we work in an agile way.
About the candidate: Have you ever shared best practice at a meeting? Benchmarked another business to see what they are doing? Worked with senior managers to identify their requirements for service delivery? Designed the solution to a problem? Do you enjoy contributing to change? If so, we are looking for colleagues with your experience using analysis techniques and problem-solving skills, with the talent to inspire and influence others, and be creative to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation. You will support the Council’s Strategic Transformation Programme by delivering high-quality business change analysis and advice, through the use of design methodology. You should be confident to influence change that achieves key priorities for the council. You should have proven experience of advising on service improvement and redesign. An understanding of working with business change would be desirable, however full support will be provided to develop the right candidate.
