About the Role: We are seeking an Activity Coordinator (Children & Young People) to support delivery of the Million Hours Fund; a nationally funded programme aimed at helping children and young people in Wirral become more active. Working as part of the Active Wellbeing Team (Active Wirral) alongside Youth Services, you will coordinate partners, support delivery on the ground, and ensure the programme is delivered effectively, on time and in line with funding requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with communities and partners while turning funding into meaningful, real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of the Million Hours Fund programme
- Support partners with planning, delivery and reporting
- Monitor progress, data and outcomes
- Capture insight and learning to inform future place-based work

- Has experience supporting or coordinating programmes or projects

- Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

- The role requires flexibility, including evening and weekend work
