Position: Human Resources Administrator (Workforce)
Contract: Permanent (37.5 hours per week, subject to probation).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day activities of the HR team, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Assist with recruitment, using the Applicant Tracking System and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
- Liaise with prospective employees regarding recruitment, selection, and onboarding, ensuring clear communication.
- Submit monthly HR paperwork to payroll, including pay calculations, in accordance with payroll timeframes.
- Provide first point of contact for managers and employees for queries on terms and conditions of employment, HR system usage, and training.
- Maintain accurate electronic and manual HR records in the HR System SMI.
- Support managers and staff across the hospice, managing confidential information with care and complying with employment law.
Qualifications
- General education: GCSEs including Maths and English.
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
Experience & Attainments
- Experience working in an HR environment and/or administrative environment.
- Computer skills and awareness of electronic HR systems.
- Dealing with people face‑to‑face.
- Data reporting.
- Working within a confidential environment.
