We have an opportunity for a Specialist Business Support Officer to work collectively with colleagues across Wirral Youth Justice Service (YJS), ensuring the service delivers high‑quality support to children, young people, families and key stakeholders. The role involves providing administrative support that enables the smooth operation of the service.

About the Role

You will manage a shared mailbox, respond to enquiries, minute key meetings and prepare documentation for court proceedings. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in case‑management systems, ensuring data quality, and coordinating tasks such as booking interpreters, venues and ordering resources. This is a fast‑paced role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
