Wirral Council is seeking an Experienced Social Worker for the Adult Review Team on a 7-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver safeguarding interventions, promote independence and wellbeing, and work with partners to protect adults at risk.
You will manage risk, use professional judgement, and provide guidance to colleagues while completing assessments and planning outcomes in line with the Care Act 2014.
