About the Role

The role will ensure continuity and drive the whole planning S106 and other legal agreements, leading on all matters relating to S106 and legal agreements in relation to the work of the planning service. This includes policy and process innovation and development, monitoring and reporting. You will work closely with planning officers, developers, legal colleagues and stakeholders.

About the Candidate

The successful candidate will hold a Degree in Town and Country Planning recognised by the Royal Town Planning Institute, or equivalent geographical or environmental discipline, or have extensive experience of working within a planning service dealing with a range of complex planning related matters. You will be a self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement, have a methodical approach to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
