Place Partnership Learning & Evaluation Officer
Fixed Term – 12 months
Hours: 7.2 hours per week
This role sits at the heart of Wirral’s place‑based approach to physical activity, health and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with partners across health, local government, VCSE, community organisations and residents, the postholder will help turn shared ambition into coordinated action.

- Strengthening alignment between physical activity, prevention, regeneration and wider place priorities
About the Candidate
- Experience working across partnerships or complex systems
- Comfortable influencing, convening and building relationships
- Understanding of place‑based, preventative approaches to health and wellbeing
- Motivation to tackle inequality and support long‑term change
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery
Experience in sport or physical activity is helpful but not essential. We are particularly interested in people with backgrounds in health, community development, regeneration, VCSE, public service or systems change.
