Wirral Council is recruiting an Early Years Area SENCO to strengthen inclusive practice across the borough.
You will work with early years settings, professionals and families to support children with SEND to thrive in their local communities, in a hybrid capacity across settings, at home and in our office base.
You will coach practitioners, model strategies in practice, and ensure guidance is embedded consistently.
