Housing Standards Project Officer

About The Role

You will lead data research, analysis, collation, and intelligence gathering for the Housing Standards and related functions. You will author reports and present findings to corporate, national statistical, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct confidential financial investigations for housing enforcement activities, produce reports for legal referral, and support the usability of the Wirral Corporate website for Private Sector Housing activities. You will also manage and direct housing assistants\’ work.

About The Candidate

We seek a bright, conscientious, and highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, project-solving skills, and strong IT skills to provide intelligence and performance information to the Housing Standards management team. Knowledge of housing legislation, experience in team building and supporting team members, and exceptional organizational skills to meet deadlines are essential.
