You will be responsible for delivering an ambitious Public Health funded project supporting vulnerable residents with their housing, health and wellbeing whilst contributing to key priorities in Wirral's Housing Strategy. Our approach prioritises prevention, early intervention and support to ensure residents receive the help they need to live in healthier lives in safe housing.
Candidate profile
- You will be someone who brings strong leadership, has a proven background in supporting vulnerable residents, and confidence in decision making.
- Experience of working in housing-related services would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills will be required, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations including supporting staff with demanding workloads and maintaining high-quality practice.
