Grants Officer (Regeneration) β Fixed Term until 31st March 2028
Working closely with the Regeneration Grants Manager, you will support the management, monitoring, and reporting of a portfolio of externally funded regeneration programmes. You will help ensure grant funding is effectively administered, claims are validated and processed, and monitoring and evaluation returns are submitted accurately and on time to funders such as the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), Homes England, and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience of grant management and monitoring/reporting to external funders.
- Experience of working with external organisations, partners or businesses in a grant-funded environment.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of external funding processes and grant compliance requirements.
- An understanding of project and programme delivery.
- Awareness of government regeneration policy.
