Be the Voice of the Council Online. Digital channels are at the heart of how we communicate with our residents. In this role you’ll help ensure our messages reach people clearly, quickly and creatively. As a Digital Communications & Engagement Officer you’ll manage our social media channels day‑to‑day and play a part in everything from urgent public updates to celebrating major local events. No two days look the same. A big part of your work will involve taking complex information about services, projects and local issues and turning it into clear, simple and engaging content that everyone can understand.
