Wirral Council is seeking a Rates Specialist within the Business Rates Team to oversee billing, collection and recovery of NNDR across Wirral. You will calculate, record and process transactions, administer reliefs and exemptions, and keep records in line with current guidance.
The role requires analytical assessment, strong customer service via phone, email and letters, and occasional site visits. Hybrid working is available; you will have a nominated base and may travel as needed.
