We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Assistant Human Resources Officers to join our HR Operations Team. The roles will be aligned to a directorate within the Council and will support the Resourcing and HR Business Partnering team requirements.

About The Candidate

  • Dynamic and committed individuals who are excellent team players.
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as working independently when required, using initiative, being able to respond positively to changing work requirements, and an ability to work flexibly.
  • Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT and system skills with experience of maintaining, manipulating and inputting data.
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent HR service and delivering fantastic things for our employees and residents.
