The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 £ per year.

The role involves promoting inclusive education for pupils with medical needs by advising schools on effective provision, including Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Individual Healthcare Plans (IHPs). You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and health professionals, deliver training to staff, support service development, and monitor pupil progress to ensure the quality of provision and positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced teacher (UPS) with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will demonstrate a clear commitment to inclusive education and have experience of working collaboratively across multi‑agency partnerships. With excellent communication skills, you will be confident in advising and supporting school staff, and in driving improvements that lead to positive outcomes for pupils.
